TOGETllER with all right, title and interest, it'any, of thc party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premise~ to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all thc estate and rights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,
TO HA VEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party. &the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being Lot Number 33 on "Hap of Green Acres at
Orient", said map being filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13th day of
April, 1962, as Hap No. 3540; said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a pont on the easterly side of Greenway West where same is Intersected by the
division line between Lots 3:2 and 33 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Greenway West North 13 degrees 32 minutes 40
seconds West, 162.97 feet to the division line between Lots 33 and 34 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 76 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds East, 131.48
feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 14 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds East, 162.99 feet to the division line
between Lots 32 and 33 first above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line South 76 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds West, 134.00
feet to the easterly side of Greenway West at the point or place of BEGINNING.
