Meetine called to order 8.40 P.M. Commissione. Harold R. Reeve upon IIlOtion by Commha1oner Wasson, seconded by Commi..ioner McNulty was re-elected as chaiman for the year 19~O. Letters from Wickham and Smith, Att6rneys, re,arding town law were read. The commissioners appointed Vera sternemann to act as secretary. Commissioner John L. Wasson signed the Con- stitutional Oath of Office tor the term start- in January 1, 1950. Chairman Reeve _. to ask Le Roy 8. Reeve to have the commiuioner. bonded tor the sum ot $l~OOO.OO according to law. :rhe Matti tuck National Bank a: Trust Co. _. #~ de:;fnated the District depo.itary by the co ssioner.. Atter discussion the commissioners d~cided to hire legal counsel as required. Chairman Reeve pre.ented plan ot addition to the refreshment building at the sound, no action taken. Dr. Wasson took the plan tor a rough estimate on these plans. It was decided if possible to call a meeting of the Taxpayers, March 14, 19~O to vote on the s81e of a small piece ot property at the Bay park site, to the Matti tuck Yacht Club. Dr. Wasson is to inform Wickham and 8mi th and ask if the Town Board permission is required. There was some di.cussion about the tide wash e~st of the bulkhead at the Bay park site '.~ and the commissioners decided to look it over 1n ~er to correct it.
