Motion made to contact Mr. Lark about bids for resurfacing of park properties.
~r. Krause to contact residents of Captain Kidd concering possibility of
basketball court on our property at the Sound.
Corr,,,,issioners reported that the fence has been moved on the Love Lane site
to conform with the survey. :(

Letter to be made up (100 copies) to exnlainthe purpose of installing the
fence alon~ Inlet Drive nroperty and said letter to be delivered.

N. Y. Telephone Company requested extension of contract. Commissioners
unanimously approved the extension and details to be turned over to Mr. Lark for
his final ,advice.
Commissioner Murphy is to look into costs and layouts for tennis c'ourts.
It was brought to the Commissioners attention. the subject of permission to
drer:e 1l.t the mouth of the Sound inlet. Commissioners are to investigate.
