of the ~t ituck Park District was held on Friday,
Novembe 30 1973 in the American Legion Hall,
Uickham Yen e, Mattituck, New York with all Commis-
sioners pre t. except Hr. Laurence P. Reeve.

Commissioners moved to award bid for re-surfacing
parking lots to Corrazinni in the sum of $2380. No
other bids were received.
Connnissioners IIIOved to put tennis court bids out
after January 1st.

CommissionerspreslJllt decided to wait until Mr.
Reeve is avaiJ.able to discuss the suggestion of
Mr. SWahn, an insurance agent.
Request of Baptist Church to sponsor several
concerts at Memorial Park during the summer of 1974.
It was approved. Dates to be sent in and given to
Mr. Krause for booking.
After an inspection by the Commisslloners of the
Breakwater site and an exceptional amount of gravel
builds up, permission will be granted for the removal
of a limited number of cubic yards.

Election of a Commissioners to success Frank
Murphy was held Fr1~ November 30, 19~ from 7:30 to
9: 30 at the Legion Home on Wickham Avenue. The term
is to run from 1/1/74 for three years. The results
of the election were as follows:
Total Number Registered 359
Total Number Ballots Cast 359
Total Number Ballots for Murphy 256
Total Number Ballots for W.Chudiak 100
Total Number Ballots Void 3
Inspectors of Election were: Ruth Krause, Chippy
Bennett, David TlIt;hill, Dorothy Sulllvan, Frances
stelzer, Edward Adams.
