ReF,ular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the
Mattituck Park District was held at Commissioner Reeve's
Office on Se~ember 16, 1974 with all Commissioners
present.
In the absence of the Secretary C~is~~2~er &eeve
read the minutes. The minutes of the ~HfY 15tff ~~ings
were corrected in that Mr. Murphy has authority 'to
contract with United Pavement Marking Company to cover
the two tennis courts at Bay Avenue for $800 each.
This step was taken because the birds were dropping
clams etc. cn the black courts and messing them up.
For some reason or another the birds don't bother the
green courts.
The minutes of the August 8th meeting were approved
as read.
The Treasurer's Report was read and approved:

Commissioner Murphy reported that Corrazini has
fulfilled his 1973 contract for paving Veterans Memorial
Park.
Motion by Commissioner '1urnhy to thank Arthur N.
Penny for his articles on the history and activities of
the Mattituck Park District since its inception. l~tion
seconded by Commissioner Reeve and earried.
