Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of
the Mattituck Park District held at Commissioner
Reeve's office on April 27th.
All Commissioners present except Mr. Murphy.
The Secretary read the minutes of ~he last
meeting which were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was read and approved:

Marratooka Lake Bond Anticipation Notes were
renewed with Valley National Bank for $10,000.00 at
an interest rate of 7.9%.
Secretary was instructed to notifY the Long
Isl!U1d Lighting Company to turn the lights on at the
Ball Park Site and replace all broken street light
bulbs.
The concessions have been advertised for and
bi/e to be. open on Monday, May 10th.

The Long Island Lipfiting Co: bills were discussed.
Ball Park restrictions were discussed. Mr. Adams of
the Ball Club is to be asked to attend the May 10th
meetinp; to get all particulars.
Suffolk County Ileal th Department advised the
District aht electric hand driers are needed for the
concessions and dock properties. Secretary asked to
get information throupfi the school.
Mr. Reeve reported receivinp; a letter from
Mr. Downs about the lights at the Ball Park. After
meeting with Mr. Adams, an answer will be sent to
Mr. Downs.
The floats are all in at Love Lane.
Mr. Reeve said Mr. Sarno approached him about the
surface of the bachhi court. It was suggested to
paint the courts with a non-skid substance.
Secretary instructed to contact Bob Muil"-.about
life guards for the summer at the ParkSites.
No further business to come before the meeting,
the meeting was adjourned.
