Mr. Drew DIllingham attended the meeting. lIe
stat.e,l he was .workinr, on an Enl,)e Scout pro,leot.
He wanted to get approval to put in. an outdoor
bnskctball court. lIe said Suffolk Cement would aupply
the concrete which is estimated at about $900. 'l'hey
woul d J.lscount it for ~600. 'fhey nlso would donate
benches fUld backboards. Drew, after his project is
approved by his leaders, would then try to raise the
money need"d to have it put in. The whole troop
would do the work. rn1C Com:nlssioners p;n.ve their
approval to use a site in the District rrovided the
troop leader nnd scout leaders approved.
"'11'. ~Iurphy reported the firm of jO/ickham & Lark
is going to dissolve.
Mr. Helot reported recel nng $75.00 for property
drollBge done by Brady Funn at Veterans I Park site.
He also reported recei vinlS $696 from Suffolk Cement
for removal of 1392 cu. yus of grJl,vel from Sound site.
Hr. Murphy reported nothing had been done at
'wolf Pit Lake.
Mr. MurphY rcport~d that the Yacht Club haa to
, replace their water pwnp an<.l'wanted to knO'.{ if the Park
District would reimburse them for it. So approved.
Secretary instructed to contact L.r.Lighting Compan~
about turning off the electricity at the Ball park.

Mr. Reeve reported having haa a telephone call
from the New York Telephone Company about installing
a pay phone outside the sound concession. The
Commissioners approved.
Mr. Murphy's term of office will expire on
December 31, 1976. Secretary instructe<.l to ~Ake ar-
rangements for the votin{> tentatively scheduled for
Nov~mber l~, 1976 at the Legion Post on Wickham Avenue.
I1r. Murphy will run for office again.
No further business to come before the meeting,
the meeting was adjourned.
