Mr. Murphy stated ':hat the docks were delayed in being opened last year because of the a'11Ount of work that had to be done from the winter damage. He further sta'ted thF,7. the docks are already instal- led and that is all that "ill be done this year. No elEctricity and water will be provided to the boats ~.('c!:inb' no overnight docking. The rest 1'00'15 an.d showers will be opened and kept clean. There is a two to three hOur restriction on docking. t-1rs.
