The following bids were opened:
Bid of Andreas Papadapoulosfor renewal of
contract for concession at Breakwater. Check of
AndreasPap!,-dapoulos for $75 to order of Mattituck
Park Commissioners.

Bid of Andreas Papdapoulos for Veterans
Memorial Park for $75.00. Certified check of
Andreas Papdapoulos for $50.00 enclosed.
Bid of Andreas Papadapoulos for Veterans
Park for $200. This bid was to replace and
rescind previous bid of $75.00. Certified check
from previous bid to be tr8tlsferred to this bid.
Bid of Ka.een Halligan for $101 for vet.' S Memorial
Park. U.S. Postal Money Order to order 0 ttituck
Park District in the sum of $50.00 enclosed.
Bid of Lee Courtenay, 47 Kings Drive, Riverhead, NY
for $1800 plus $150 for comprehend ve insurance for
approximately 60 cuttings of grass for Memorial Park,
Ball Park, Wolf Pit Lake and Bay Avenue.

Bid of John Harrison Landscape Maintenance for
Softball Park, Veterans Park, Tennis Courts Bay Avenue,
Wolf Pitt Lake - Price $2975 plus any additional costs
of insurance requested to be carried by Mattituck Park
District.
Bid of Andreas Papadapoulos for $200 for Veterans
Memorial Park was awarded on motion of Laurence Reeve,
seconded by Jerry Goehringer and carried.
There was no determination on cutting bids.

Letter from the office of the TOlin Clerk received
and read regarding discontinuance of emergency telephones
at beaches. Mr. Murphy to talk to Judith Terry or
Chief Cataldo regarding the situation.

Stone has been put in at the Love Lane site at the
foot of the ramp.

Mr. Goehringer is to see !thout getting a permit for
putting a spile in at the foot of Love Lane.
Eric Bressler entered the meeting and took the
contract bids.
Mr. Martin Suter, member of the TOlin Board is going
to bring up the request to check with the TOlin Attorney
to see if the TOlin Superintendent of Highways can do
some paving. If he legally can, he will proceed to pave
Veterans Memorial Highway.

Mr. William Herd. a concerned taxpayer, approached
the meeting. He is concerned about the partying at the
Veterans Memorial Park. The Commissioners agreed with
him and agreed to put up a sign stating the curfew hours.

Mr. Krause is to put up a chain so that
park will be locked at 9:00 P.M. Mr. Herd
volunteered to lock the chain each evening.

An informational vote for the acquisition of
real property in Laurel for future park site
was held. Inspectors of Election were sworn in by
Mr. Reeve at 1:300. At 9:00 P.M. the 'polls were
declared closed. The inspectors reported that
246 voters had registered. There were 130 Yes
votes and 116 No vote and 0 Void Votes.
On motion of Mr. Reeve, seconeed by
Mr. Goehringer and carried, the acquisition is to
proceed.
On motion of Mr. Murphy, seconded by
Mr. Goehringer and carried, the meeting was
adjourned.
