Chairman. Mr. Goehrinp;er declared that biddin~ for
the truck was closed.

Mr. Reeve motioned that we accept the bid of

J. .J. Ho.. the apparent low bidder. Th.Will be
subject. to reviewinp: the proposal. Motion conded by
Mr. Goehrinv.er and carried. Robert Graeb will review
the bid with J. J. Hart and obtain purchase order from
Wickham, Wickham & Bressler.
\{e received notice from Southold Town Clerk to hold
meetinv,s in a public place and post one notice of sa~e.
Our secretary should send notice of meeting to Southold
Town Clerk and ask her to post notice at Town Hall
in Southold.
Mr. Krause previously reported to Larry Reeve the
vandalism at Husing's Park Rest Rooms. The estimate
from Walter Dohm has been received and Mr. Reeve will
follow up with Mr. Krause and get the figures for the
claim adjuster who was sent over by Don Swahn Insurance.
Mr. Krause mentioned the floats at the creek are
not reusable. Larry Reeve moved we replace these floats
during the off season using C.C.A. treated lumber. Motion
was seconded by Mr. Goehringer and carried.
Motion of Mr. Reeve, seconded by Mr. Goehringer and
carried, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35.
