Minutes of regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park
District held on November 18, 1987, at the Park District Office at 7:30 P.M.with
Mr. Adams, Mr. Sabat, Mr. Graeb and Mrs. Haas present. Mr. Goehringer was absent.
Minutes were tabeled because Secretary did not have her book available.

Commissioners have been advised by Mr. Haas that he will be recelvlng
disability benefits from the Social Security Administration effective November 1, 1987,
and therefore the last check issued to Mr. Haas from the Mattituck Park Co~ission
was for the week ending November 1, 1987.
Mr. Adams is to see the President of the Lions Club regarding the burglar
alarm and the permit for Southold Town.
Letter from Lilco about the meter at the Peconic Bay site. Commissioners
have to check the situation with Mr. Cox.
Bulkhead at the Yacht Club was discussed. The permit runs out in March so
the work has to be started very soon.
Love Lane spiles were discussed and noted that some have to be replaced.
Mr. Adams to see the attorney about specifications for bid for Yacht Club
and Love bulkhead and jetty.
Mr. Cox entered t~e meeting at 8:10 P.M. Mr. Cox said that the meter could
be taken off the building at the Ball Park site. Lilco to be notified that
we wish to discontinue service of that particular meter.
Building at the Sound site and playground at Sound site discussed. Commissioners
wish to block the ramp at the back door and work onplay ground equipment and
walkways.
No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned.
