Minutes of regular meeting of the Board of
Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District held
on July 20, 1983 at 7:30 P.M. at the home of
Commissioner Murphy with all Commissioners present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were
approved as read.

The repairs to the jetty at the Yacht Club
are to be done during the coming week. The Park
share will be approximately $1200.00.
Commissioners to have H()l(ard Wells clean
the beach at the Bailey Beach site.
The Commissioner's discussed the Scouter's Lodge
road. Decision tahelled.
Commissioners to have the custodian put rubber mat-
ting on the handicap ramp at the Veterans' Memorial Park
site because of it being very slippery.
There was a complaint about the bathrooms at the
Yacht Club site being locked during the day. Mr. Murphy
is to contact the custodian about having them unlocked
and kept open and clean.
Mr. Broich has the concession at Veterans' Park
for the sum of $101.
Mr. Murphy to get the survey from Wickham's law
office for the Aldrich Lane site for installing the
electric service.
Mr. Muir's life guard contract has been renewed
for another year. That contract and Mr. Berliner's
contract for dispensing keys to Love Lane site are to
be checked on with the Wickham office.
A change of "Russ" Nine from "Ray" Nine is to be made
in the June minutes regarding Boy Scout Lodge.
I~r. Murphy reported that the annual bike marathon
people will be using Scouters Lodge on August 7.
The Annual Budget vote is to be held on August 16.
Mr. Graeb is to seek permission to use the lobby of
the Mattituck High School for the vote. The attached
is a copy of the proposed budget for the 1984 commencing
January 1, 1984.

meeting was adjourned.
