WARD II requests a Wetland Permit to replace the existing +/-105' retaining wall in-place with C-Loc vinyl sheathing, and install +/-8' of retaining wall return along the north property line. Located: 4075 Stillwater Ave., Cutchogue. SCTM#137 -1-8.1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 95, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of South old Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is generally CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP with the following conditions: 1. No treated CCA lumber will be used. Pursuant to Chapter 95, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
