They will have use of the building for ten years rent free and in turn Dan Fogarty, a Lion member, is to install air conditioning and in turn will donate it to the Park District. $50,000 has been received for storm damage. Priorities for this money are a tractor, a small truck and the jetties. Eugene Pearson sent letter and information on obtain- ing an ice machine for Love Lane. Mr.Goehringer to seek advice from the lawyers. The flag pole at Love Lane site is going to be mov~d to sit behind the bulRhead. Ray Nine is going to help . move it at Of cost to anyone. Charles Zahra sent a letter and survey about his property on Pike Street and a confirming letter from the MattituckChamber,of Commerce. Mr.Zahra will be invited to the next meeting to discuss the details of just what is to be involved. Edward Adams said that the wire at the ball park on Peconic Bay Boulevard going from the bathrooms to the utility shed behind the back stop has to be re-bur ied.. No further business to come before the meeting the meeting was adjourned. ~'"b~ Ma eline s.l Secretary , The Annual Budget vote was held on August 20, 1985 at the Park District Office on Main Road, Mattituck, New York, from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Mr. Adams swore in the Inspectors of Election, Clarence Bennett and Bonnie Adams at 6:55 P.M. The polls were declared open at 7:00 P.M. ~t 9:00 P.M. the polls was declared closed.
