SPECIAL EXCEi~ION. By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special exception ( ) be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article .................... Section .................... The findings of the Board are that the neighbor to the east has a garage which is practically on the line, 18 feet closer to Soundview Avenue than the proposed shed. There are several other garages in the frsnt yard area in the vicinity of applicant's property. The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardshipl the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the sa~e use district! and the variance will not change the character of the neighborhood%'hn~ #ill'observe the spirit of the Ordinance.
