SCTM#103-13-6 The proposed structure is located in "Flood Zone X". The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 95, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of South old Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the L WRP provided that: 1. To further the intent of Policy 4; the applicant demonstrates that the grading of the property as shown will not generate surface runoff that will traverse onto adjacent properties. 2. To further the intent of Policy Standard 5.2 "Minimize non-point pollution of coastal waters and manage activities causing non-point pollution", the buffer should remain vegetated in a natural state into perpetuity.
