Located: 2200 Hobart Rd., Southold. SCTM#64-3-4 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 95, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of South old Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (L WRP) Policy Standards. It is my recommendation that more information is necessary to make a consistency recommendation, specifically: 1. Will the floating dock be removed in the off-season? 2. If it is to be removed, have the applicant define the removal dates. 3. What is the draft of the vessel(s) proposed to be docked at this location? 4. What type of timber (treated or untreated) will the float be constructed out of? 5. What is the proposed size of the float? Pursuant to Chapter 95, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
