Re: James and Justine Weeden. et aL. Bridl!:e Lane. Cutchol!:Ue
Dear Mr. Terry:
Attached please find an LWRP Consistency Assessment Form, which is being submitted in
association with an application to the Board of Trustees for a Town Wetlands Permit to replace
existing timber bulkheading and retaining walls associated with the existing timber bridge at
Bridge Lane, Cutchogue.
I have indicated that all policies are "Not Applicable," because pursuant to Town Code ~95-5(A)
and the corresponding definitions of "action" and "minor action" by ~95-3, the submission of a
L WRP Consistency Assessment Form is not required for this application, as the proposed work
entails only "maintenance or repair involving no substantial changes in an existing structure or
facility. "
