Re: Proposed Wetland Pennit for EUGENE AND MARYANN KRUPSKI
SCTM#1000-100-2-3
EUGENE AND MARYANN KRUPSKI request a Wetland Pennit to clean up and restore the existing pond to
include the removal oflilies, one tree, brush and poison ivy, and relocate the driveway. Located: 2230 Soundview
Ave., Southold. SCTM#100-2-3
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold
Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the
information provided on the L WRP Consistency Assessment Form snbmitted to this department, as well as the
records available to me, it is my reconunendation that there is insufficient information to make a consistency
determination. The ownership of the wetland has not been established. Additionally, although the applicant
indicates that the wetland is to be restored; a restoration plan indicating; herbicide types, application and
frequency rates, a restoration planting pIau and long term maintenance methods has not been submitted to
the Board.
