LWRP- LANDSCAPING/ACTMTIES NEAR COASTAL
ZONE MANAGEMENT AREA
Pursuant to the attached Map, the proposal seeks to minimally affect the Coastal Zone. The
existing wood deck will remain but will be replaced with a pervious material or, if pavers are
selected, then they will be attached to the new drywells to be installed. The concrete platform
will either remain or pavers will be used with the drywells. The enclosed porch will be
demolished. The area of the enclosed porch will be regraded. A ten foot nonturfbuffer will be
added at the top of the bluff east of the wood deck. The unused staircase will be dismantled and
vegetative plantings will be placed in that location.
Additionally, the only landscaping will be adding plantings, regrading and reseeding.
