Dear Mr. Bertani:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on November 14, 1991:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees grant a waiver to add 10' to rear
waterside of an existing residence with the request for dryweils and
a debris fence to be placed by the bulkhead while under construction.
A refund in the amount of $115.00 is forthcoming, as a full permit is
not necessary.
Please note that permits from other agencies may be necessary, as the
Trustees approval does not constitute approvals from other agencies.
