Construct a I O'X 8' accessory building (shed); install a new sanitary system and install a new pervious driveway. Located: 1745 Bay Shore Rd., Greenport. SCTM#53-4-7 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 95, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of South old Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the infom1ation provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is generally CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the L WRP.
