ANDERSON requests an Amendment to Permit #5728 to construct a new wood bulkhead in front of and within 18" seaward of existing with a vinyl sheathed bulkhead with (2) two returns, and the last One-Year Extension to Permit #5728. Located: 2515 Calves Neck Rd., Southold. SCTM#70-4-45.5 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 95, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (L WRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, the information stated by the applicant in a October 24, 2005 telephone conversation, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is generally CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the L WRP provided that: I. No CCA is used in the construction of the dock facility. 2. The bulkhead is replaced in-place and in-kind. Pursuant to Chapter 95, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
