Status: In SEQRA pending a determination and further information for review. Recommendations: PB considers accepting NPV report as submitted and adopting at the public meeting by resolution. Allow staff to send to report to the agent to follow up on with the additional information. Attachments: NPV report A-1- A-12 • Purita Winery SCTM#: 1000-51-03-4.11 Location: 19110 Soundview Avenue in Southold Action: Final review of Site Plan revisions, includes noted LWRP comments, with Town Engineers noted changes and Farm Land Comments. Status: Pending PB decision at the March 10, 2008 public hearing. Recommendations: PB accepts comments as submitted. Attachments: B-1 – B5 LWRP, SC Farmland • Seifert Construction SCTM#: 1000-141-3-44 Location: 11280 Sound Avenue in Mattituck Action: Final review of Site Plan revisions, includes LWRP comments and with Town Engineers noted changes. Status: Pending PB decision at the March 10, 2008 public hearing. Recommendations: PB accepts the revised site plan as submitted. Attachments: D-1 – D-2 LWRP Comments Site plans, continued • Rutkoski SCTM#: 1000-108.-1-2 Location: 356' west of the intersection of CR 48 & Wickham Avenue on the north side of CR 48 in Mattituck Project Description: Constrct a 6,000 s.f. agricultural farm machine storage building Status: New site plan application Action: Review new site plan application for completeness Recommendations: PB accept the site plan application and begin referral process • Heritage at SCTM: 1000-102-1-33.3 Cutchogue Location: Griffing Avenue, Cutchogue Status: SEQR – reviewing DEIS for adequacy for public comment Action: Consider report on review of DEIS by consultant KPC Recommendations: Determine whether report of DEIS is complete and acceptable, and determine whether the Planning Board is ready to make a determination of adequacy for the DEIS. 2
