Site Plans:
• Peconic Transfer Station II SCTM#: 1000-95-2-5
Location: 560 Commerce Drive in Cutchogue
Action: Review of NPV report issued on this project dated February 19,
2008.
Status: In SEQRA pending a determination and further information for
review.
Recommendations: PB considers accepting NPV report as submitted and adopting at the
public meeting by resolution. Allow staff to send to report to the
agent to follow up on with the additional information.

Action: Final review of Site Plan revisions, includes noted LWRP comments,

Recommendations: PB accepts comments as submitted.

Recommendations: PB accept the site plan application and begin referral process

Status: SEQR – reviewing DEIS for adequacy for public comment
Action: Consider report on review of DEIS by consultant KPC
Recommendations: Determine whether report of DEIS is complete and acceptable, and
determine whether the Planning Board is ready to make a
determination of adequacy for the DEIS.
