Dear Mr. Samuels,
On October 28, 2004 the Building Department and Planning Department reviewed the
pre-submission materials for the above referenced project. The following was agreed:
We will require a preliminary site plan and simple floor plan detailing the changes as
proposed to be submitted to the Building Department with a permit application along
with the associated fee. This will be required for a determination if the site plan will be
required.

This FYI.
I have a scheduled a site visit on 10/22/04 with Mr. Sameuls, Architect and Mark Wolfgang of the NYSDOT around
10:00am in Cutchogue at the Brauns site.
This will be to discuss the existing N¥S 25 curb cut and requirements of NYS. The site plan will be on the work session for
Monday 10/25/04.
Anybody is welcome to attend this site visit.

Dear Bruno,
Per our phone conversation, enclosed please find the SITE PLAN of the above
referenced parcel, which is zoned GENERAL BUSINESS. This plan received approval
from the Planning Board at the time of the addition to the Storage Building. I am in
preliminary discussions with the owner, Ken Homan, about converting part of the
interior space from office use to "take out" restaurant (prepared fish for sale, though we
are not intending to provide seating). By the Zoning Code, we understand we will need
a special exception for this use.
Please review the SITE PLAN and outline issues for discussion and resolution. We
would like to meet with the Planning Board in work session, to get their impressions of
the feasibility of the project.
Please call to discuss and/or schedule a meeting.
