SCHEDULE A - DESCRIPnON
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Nassau Point or Uttle Hog Neck, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York and designated as lot 289 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate In Town of
Southold,long Island, New York, surveyed June 28,1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E., and Surveyor,
Greenport, New York', and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map
No. 156, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Broadwaters Road where the same is Intersected by the
division line between lots 288 and 289 on the aforesaid map, said point or place of beginning being also
distant 711.00 feet more or less Northerly as measured along the Northeasterly side of Broadwaters Road
from the Northerly end of a curve, said curve connects the Northerly side of Haywaters Road with the
Northeasterly side of Broadwaters Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the Northeasterly side of Broadwaters Road
North 49 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East, 68.00 feet to the division line between lots 289 and 290;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned division line South 49 degrees 2S minutes SO seconds East,
