58' 10" West, 716.90 feet to the high water mark of Long Island
Sound; running thence along said high water mark of Long Island
Sound, the tie line of which is North 600 34' 00" East, 109.60
feet to land of Helen Sledzieski; running thence along said land
of Helen Sledzieski two (2) courses and distances as follows:
(1) South 240 40' 50" East, 712.83 feet, (2) South 220 56' 50"
East, 302.21 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed
dated January 31, 1974 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on May 4, 1974 in Liber 7597, Page 421.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or
by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby

BETWEEN STANLEY SLEDJESKI, residing at 2760 Ruth Road, Mattituck,
New York 1~952, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
Helen Sledjeski, who died on November 25th, 2001 (Suffolk County
Surrogate's Court File No. 2316 P 2001), party of the first part,
and
STANLEY SL~nJESKI, residing at 2760 Ruth Road, Mattituck,
New York 1~952, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were issued to the party of the
first part by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York on
January 14, 2002, and
WHEREAS, by a certain Executor's Deed dated July 2, 2002, made,
executed and delivered by party of the first part to the party of
the second part, which deed was duly recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York in Liber l2198 page
81 on July 18, 2002, the easterly described portion of_decedent's
residence property at 2760 Ruth Road, Mattituck, New York,
consisting of 1.485 acres, more or less, was inadvertently
omitted from the description, it being the true intent to convey
to Stanley Sledjeski the entire residential parcel at 2760 Ruth
Road, Mattituck, New York, consisting of approximately 3.7 acres
(SCTM #~000-~06.00-0~.00-002-00~). and
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is desirous of correcting
the error made in the aforesaid deed, and is conveying by this
Correction Deed the entire residence parcel at 2760 Ruth Road,
Mattituck, New York (SCTM #1000-106.00-01.00-002.001) to the
party of the second part.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of partial distribution of the
estate pursuant to the Last will and Testament of Helen
Sledjeski, the party of the first part does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees,
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at 2760 Ruth Road, Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded
and described as ~ollows:

Shannon Holding, LLC; running thence along land of Shannon
Holding, LLC two courses and distances as follows: (1) North 220
56' 50" West, 282.72 feet; (2) South 660 01' 5011 West, 67.68 feet
to land of Thomas J. and Jane Shannon; running thence along
aforementioned land North 230 58' 1011 West, 716.90 feet to the
high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence along said
high water mark of Long Island Sound, the tie line of Which is
North 60'" 34' 00" East, 109.60 feet to a point; runni.ng thence
North 240 40' 5011 West, 27 feet; thence along the high water mark
of Long Island Sound, the tie line of which is North 700 09'
East, 77.29 feet to land of William and Vera Molchan; thence
along land of Molchan South 220 52' 40" East, 1,042.00 feet to

The above described premises containing 3.7 acres as shown on
the Suffolk County Tax Map District lOaD, Section 106.00, Block
01.00, Lot 002.001, and
