SCHEDULE A - DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, known and desalbed as Lot No.6 to the extent of one-half thereof plus one-half of
a 5 foot strip of Lot No.5 on "Map of Captain Kldd Estates", and filed In the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on January 19, 1949, as Map No. 1672 and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Summit Drive at the southerly comer of Lot 7 and the southerly
corner of Lot 6 as shown on "Map of Captain Kidd Estates", filed In the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No.
1672 and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said westerly line on a curve to the left, having a radius of 260.00 feet, a distance of
33.15 feet;
RUNNING THENCE southwesterly along said Summit Drive on a curve to the right, having a radius of 176.79
feet, a distance of 116.85 feet;

distance of 200.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE northeasterly north 60 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds east, a distance of 120.06 feet;

of BEGINNING.
