Said plot is also bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive which point is distant the following three courses and distances from the extreme westerly end of the arc connecting the southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive and the southwesterly side ofInlet Drive; I. SOUTH 57 degrees 30 minutes West 496.84 feet; running THENCE from said point of beginning South 35 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of359.34 feet to the northwest side of Summit Drive; THENCE along the northwesterly side of Summit Drive on the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of260.00 feet, a distance of 110.85 feet; THENCE North 34 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West 398.76 feet to the southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive; THENCE along the southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive North 57 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 95.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
