Mr. Orlowski: Good evening. I'd like to call this meeting to order. The first
order of business, Board to set Monday, January 25, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. at
Southold Town Hall, Main Rd., Southold, as the time and place for the next
regular Planning Board meeting.
Mr. Latham: So moved.
Mr. Edwards: Second
Mr. Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. All those in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Ward, Mr. Latham, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Cremers.
Mr. Orlowski: Opposed? Motion carried.
Hearings Held Over From Previous Meetings:
Mr. Orlowski: Richard Reinhardt - This minor subdivision is for 3 lots on
20.3995 acres. Proposed lot #I is for 16.6060 acres of which 14.6060 acres
are pending the sale of the developmen[ rights. The proposed

subdivision is located on the northeast side of Alvah's Lane, 2873 feet north
of Main Rd. in Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-102-4-5.
Mr. Ward: Mr. Chairman, I'd like to offer the following resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED to hold the hearing open pending receipt of Health
Department approval.
Mr. Latham: Second.
Mr. Orlowski: Any questions on the motion? All those in favor?

MAJOR AND MINOR SUBDIVISIONS, LOT LINE CHANGES AND SET OFF
APPLICATIONS
Final Determinations:
Mr. Orlowski: WankeI-Moran - This lot line change is to subtract 23,600
square feet from a 63,601 square foot parcel, and add it to a 75,165
square foot parcel SCTM# 1000-113-10-14.1 & 15.
Mr. Cremers: Mr. Chairman, I'll offer the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize the
Chairman to endorse the final plans dated August 10, 1998. Conditiona final
approval was granted on October 26, 1998. All conditions have been
fulfilled.
Mr. Edwards: Second the motion.
Mr. Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. Any questions on the motion? All
those in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Latham, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Cremers
Mr. Ward: I abstain.

Mr. Orlowski: Anna T. Droskoski - This lot line change is to subtract 0.4789 of
an acre from a 22.1428 acre parcel and add it to a 0.4136 acre parcel;
and to subtract 0.4053 of an acre from a 22.1428 acre parcel and
add it to a 0.4048 acre parcel. SCTM# 1000-18-4-7.
Mr. Edwards: Mr. Chairman, I'd like to entertain the following resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize the
Chairman to endorse the final surveys dated December 4, 1996. Conditional
final approval was granted on October 5, 1998. All conditions have been
fulfilled.
Mr. Cremers: Second the motion.
Mr. Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. All those in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Ward, Mr. Latham, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Cremers.
Mr. Orlowski: Opposed? Motion carried.
Setting of Final Hearings:
Mr. Orlowski: Eleanor $ievernich - This minor subdivision is for 2 lots on
3.7648 acres located on the east side of Cox Neck Rd. in Mattituck. SCTM#
1000-113-8-5.
Mr. Edwards: Mr1 Chairman, I move that the Southold Town Planning Board
set Monday, January 25, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. for a final public hearing on the
maps dated October 16, 1998.
Mr. Cremers: Second the motion.
Mr. Orlowski: Motion made and seconded. Any questions on the motion? All
those in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Ward, Mr. Latham, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Cremers.

Review of Reports: Engineering
Mr. OrlowskJ: Perino-Connelly-Nastasi - This proposed major subdivision is
for 7 lots on 20.8211 acres located on the south side of Main Road in
Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-122-7-9.
Mr. Ward: Mr. Chairman, I'd like to offer the following resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED to adopt the Engineer's report dated December 21, 1998
and the bond estimate dated December 14, 1998 and to recommend same
to the Town Board. The bond estimate is in the amount of S115,100.00,
with an inspection fee in the amount of S6,906.00.
Mr. Cremers: Second the motion.
Mr. Ortowski: Motion made and seconded. Any questions on the motion? All
those in favor?
Ayes: Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Ward, Mr. Latham, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Cremers.
Mr. Orlowski: Opposed? Motion carried. I have nothing leFc on my agenda.
Does anybody have any comments they'd like to put on the record before
we go into a work session? I'll entertain a motion to adjourn.
