President Hataier made a motion, seconded by Trustee Smith
and carried ~o~-approve the minutes of~the meeting of November '6,
1980, and set the next meeting da~t.e for January 7, 1981.

Mr. ~apZes abstained beaause he-~doesn~t £eel'the matter is in
the ~ur±sdiation o£ the Town Trustees. Mr. Boos and his son-in-law
attended the meeting. It was discussed and Mr. Boos understands
that there is no work to be done on the south side and the work
on the side to~ 'be done wil~l 0nty:eg~ to '-where it turns at the~ retaining

construct catwalk, ramp and floating dock off private property
at Mattituck Creek with the condition that the catwalk be kept
in line with the existing catwalk and that it be~kept above'the
grass. · ....

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application of Carol Galgan0 to erect 'catwalk over
wetlands at private proPerty~ of .the 'applicant at Matti%uck Creek
with the condition that the catwalk be kepis-in: tine with the
existing catwalk and be kept above the grass.

The Board of Town Trustees would like to discuss with the Town
Board the matter of Gull Pond moorings from the bulkhead and will
request a time during the work session of the meeting of December

The Trustees directed that a letter be written to Councilman
Henry Drum, chairman of the Inland Waterways committee requesting
that the trustees be consulted in regard to priority in dredging
for the mouths of the creeks.
The next meeting will commence at 6:30 p.m. so that the
Trustees can begin work on the informational booklet.
On motion made by President Hataier, seconded by Trustee
Kujawski, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
