REED, III and HELEN SCOTT TOWNSEND REED, I husband and wife and FREDERIC S. REED and MARTHA DAVENPORT REED, husband and wife, residing at Reed Farm, Manakin-Sabot, . Goochland County, Virginia, 23103, party of the first part and ELIZABETH o REED CARTER and ALICE REED MCGUIRE, as tenants in common, residing at Reed Farm, Manakin-Sabot, Goochland County, Virginia, 23103, III party of the second part, provides : The party of the first part in consideration of $100 .00, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of i J � the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party j of the second part forever, ji i ALL their interest, being an undivided one-half interest, i; in that certain plot, or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, i, County- of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument on the southerly side of Crescent Avenue at the northwest- erly corner of the premises herein described and the I northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Mrs. pc � e- Belmont Timmerman; thence along the southerly side of Crescent Avenue in a southeasterly direction South 61° 15 ' 20" East, a distance of 200_35 feet to a point marked by a monument and land now or formerly of A. John Gada, Jr. ; thence in a south- C'q erly direction along the land of Gada, South b° 301. 30" West, a distance of 159 . 63 feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction North 82° 52 ' 50" �a West, a distance of 185 . 46 feet to a point marked i! f by an iron pipe; thence in a northerly direction the following two courses and distances : (1) North 60 30' 30" East, a distance of 14,2 feet to a point marked by a monument; and (2) North 60 30 ' 30" East, a distance of 219 .26 feet to the j, point of beginning. The premises being the premises described in Liber 6758 of Deeds at page 548. A'_BERTSON " R E C O R D E D I'GV '_U 19T5 Clerk of Suffolk County 7940 14 in front of such tract of land, such portion being more particularly bounded and described as follows : Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of Crescent Avenue , which point is North 6 30 ' 30" East, a distance of 54 .02 feet from the monument on the southerly side of Crescent Avenue at the .� intersection of the easterly line of the premises above described with the westerly line of the land ti of Gada; thence in a northwesterly direction along the northwesterly line of Crescent Avenue, North 61 15 ' 20" West, a distance of 200 feet, more or less to a point; thence North 6 30 ' 30" East to 10 Fishers Island Sound; thence in an easterly and i { southeasterly direction along the shore line of Fishers Island Sound to a point which is North 6 30 ' 30" East 3 feet, more or less , from the point of beginning; thence South 6 30 ' 30" West, a distance of 3 feet, more or less , to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with the right to use and enjoy the portion of such beach and to erect thereon such temporary structures as may be necessary for bathing purposes.
