The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the plans prepared by J.H. Rich Jr. last dated December 16, 2007. Conditions: Gutters and drywells are installed in accordance with Chapter 236- Stormwater Management, of the Town Code. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Per~it will be required.
