party of the first part, and WALTER L. DEBOWSKI, IRENE DEBOWSKI AND MARY B. R residing

45 Winding Way, Watermill, NY, respectively, as joint tenants with right of
survivorship, subject to the life estate granted to IRENE DEBOWSKI set forth below
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, SUFFOLK County, New York
on AUGUST 26, 1998 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Ten ($10.00)
Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, to effect distribution of the
estate property to the beneficiaries of the estate d0m,

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Dist. of New York bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a iron pipe on the
1000 southeasterly line of Schoolhouse Road, 225.0 feet southeasterly along said line from
Depot Lane, being the westerly corner of land of Enderby; from said point-of-.beginning
Sect. running along said land of Enderby, S. 41' 32' 50" E. 157.33 feet to an iron pipe and
102.00 land of School District 12; thence along said land'of: School-District 12, S. 46G 57'
30" W. 100.0 feet; thence along other land of the party of the first part, N. 410 32'
Bl. 50" W. 157.33 feet to said southeasterly line of Schoolhouse Road; thence along said
05.00 southeasterly line of Schoolhouse Road, N. 46G 57' 30" E. 100.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
Lot TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of,

This deed also grants and reserves to IRENE DEBOWSKI an exclusio life estate in
