which point is also distant 176.56 feet southwesterly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the northwesterly side of Main Road and the southwesterly side of
North Street; and from said point of BEGINNING: Running thence along the northwesterly
side of Main Road South 39°53' west 54.7 feet to land now or formerly of S.H. Wolf;
running thence along said land the following courses and distances: (1) North 36°51'
west 82.1 feet; (2) South 53°09' west 34.0 feet, to land now or formerly of Mehl;
running thence along said land and along land now or formerly of Schneider, and land
now or formerly of Baxter, the following courses and distances: (1) North 36°O1' west
214.1.5__feet; (2)North 35°47' west 69.82 feet, to land now or formerly of John Wickham
running thence along said land North 54°29' east 86.22 feet to land now or formerly o

112.2 feet to the northwesterly side of Main Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
herein by deed dated April 1, 1985 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on April 19, 1985 in Liber 9774, Page 274. (Continued on Rider annexed hereto)

first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, the following three (3) courses and distances from the Main .
Road (New York State Route 25) where the same is intersected by the westerly line of land
now or formerly of Stanley G. Case and Helen B. Case:
1) North 38 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds West, 1 12.20 feet;
2) North 37 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds West, 239.30 feet;
3) South 52 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West 86.22 feet, said point also being the
northwest corner of premises of Alfred Terp, Jr.;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, South 37 degrees 20 minutes 20
seconds East, a distance of 55.04 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 5ldegrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West along the land
now or formerly of Richard J. Cron and through a concrete monument, a distance of 142.04
feet to the easterly side of Griffing Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Griffing Street, North 49 degrees 34
minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 58.91 feet to other land now or formerly of William
J. Baxter, Jr.;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land, North 52 degrees 55 minutes 40
seconds East, a distance of 154.52 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part herein by deed dated December 18, 1991 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
