ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Cutchogue. Town of Soulhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows.
BEGINNING at a pOint on the easterly line of Alvah's Lane at the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly
of Reinhardt and the northwesterly corner of land of the party of the first part; running thence along said land
now or formerly of Reinhardt two courses: (1) North 48 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East 407.28 feet
thence (2) South 49 degrees 04 minutes 29 seconds East 706.98 leet to land now or formerly Batuello;
thence along said land South 47 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds East 136.26 feet to land now or formerly
Kerrlgan; thence along said land South 42 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds West 429.52 feet to the eastertY
line of Alvah's Lane thence along said line North 47 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West 256.00 feet to
other land of the partY 01 the first part and Irene Kaloski thence along said land three courses. (1) North 42
degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds East 150.00 feet thence (2) North 47 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West
150.00 feet thence (3) South 42 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds West 150.00 feet to the easterly line of
Alvah's Lane; thence along said line North 47 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West 479.78 feet to the point

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises given to the partY of the first part under paragraph second
of the last will of Sophie Kaloski. Suffolk County Surrogate's File No. 1514 P 1985.
TOGETHER with all right. title and interest, If any, of the partY of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the partY of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the partY of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the partY of
the second part forever.
AND the partY of the first part covenants that the partY of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the partY of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 01 the Lien Law: covenants that the partY of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the Improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word .partY" shall be construed as if it read "parties. when ever the sense of this Indenture so
requires.
