283.54 feet southeasterly from the arc which forms the intersection
of the southwesterly side of Highland Road and the southeasterly
side of Spur Road; said point being the intersection of the dividing
line between Lot Number 8 and Lot Number 7 on the aforesaid map and
the southwesterly side of Highland Road;
RUNNING THENCE Along Highland Road, South 48 degrees 45 minutes 50
seconds East, 200.00 feet;
THENCE Along the dividing line between Lot No.7 and Lot No.6,
South 41 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West, 200.00 feet;
THENCE Along the lands now or formerly of Lefferts P. Edson,North
48 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds west, 200.00 feet;
THENCE Along the dividing line between Lot No.8 and Lot No.7,
North 41 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds East, 200.00 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.

the first part by deed dated 5/28/98 and recorded on 6/12/98 in
