Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Suter; RESOLVED: That Police Chief Cataldo be and he hereby is authorized to purchase a new police radio for the new police car, said radio to be purchased under the County Contract. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Martocchia; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Clark and Suter. Moved by Justice Suter; seconded by Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS, John C. Tuthill has applied to the Town Board for a single trail renewal permit dated May, 1969, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of John C. Tu~~ill Mattituck, N.Y. for a single trailer to be placed on Elijah Lane, ::att- ituck, N.Y. be granted for a period of six (6) months. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Martocchia; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Clark and Suter. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest; RESOLVED: That John Wickham, Chairman of the Planning Board, be and he hereby is authorized to complete and file an application for Continuing Planning Assistance Program on Master Plan. ~ Vote of Town Board:AYes- Supervisor Martocchia; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Clark and Suter. Moved by Justice Suter; seconded by Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District has duly petitioned this Town Board, pursuant to Chapter 763 of the Laws of 1960, to calLa public hearing on the question of authorizing, on behalf of said District, the acquisition of the real property herein- after described, and the construction thereon of a building for use as a comfort station and the acquisition of miscellaneous equipment for use in connection with a bathing beach including an aluminum boat and a life guard stand; and WHEREAS, it is now desired to call said public hearing, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED: by the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New r York, as follows: l Section 1. A meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, shall be held at Cutchogue School West, Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New York, in said Town, on the 12th day of June, 1969, at 7:00 o'clock P;M., Eastern Daylight Saving Time, to conduct a public hearing for the purpose described in the preambles hereof, at which time and place all persons interested in the subject matter there- of will be heard. Section 2. The Town Clerk is hereby author ized and .~ directed to cause a notice of said public hearing to be published in the Suffolk Weekly Times, the official newspaper, and posted within said Park District in the manner and within the time prescribed by Section 193 of the Town Law.
