, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: '
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Stillwater Avenue 227.83 feet
southerly from where the southerly line of land of Kosciusko intersects the
easterly side of Stillwater Avenue;
THENCE along the southerly line of a certain 25 feet Right of Way, North 67
degrees 05l!1inutes 40 seconds East, 287.54 feet to a point;
THENCE South 31 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds East,100 feet to a point;
THENCE South 48 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East, 121.70 feet to a point;
THENCE South 87 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West, 310 feet to a point on
the easterly side of Stillwater Avenue;
