prepared by Otto'W. .Van Tuyl & Son, from surveys completed June 14, 1960" and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 30, 1960 as Map No. 3230
which said lot is more particularly bounded and described according to said map
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly side of Deer Foot Path distant 130.74 feet
northerly from the corner formed by the arc of the westerly side of Deer Foot Path
with the northerly side of Moose Trail;
RUNNING THENCE South 76 degrees, 50 minutes, 20 seconds West, 113.42 feet;
THENCE North 24 degrees, 24 minutes, 20 seconds West, 152.94 feet;
THENCE North 76 degrees, 50 minutes, 20 seconds East, 143.24 feet to the westerly
side of Deer Foot Path;
THENCE Southerly along the westerly side of Deer Foot Path, South 13 degrees, 09
minutes, 40 seconds East, 150.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises described in Deed recorded in Liber 12114,
'Cp. 908."
Said premises known as 830 Deerfooth Path, Cutchogue,N.Y. 11935
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the tirst part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the abnve.described prem'ises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estale and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVEANDTO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first pan covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way"whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first parr, in compliance with Section].3 of the Lien Luw, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpo,e of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the Sl.lme first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
