AND the party of the fIrst part, in compliance with section 13 of the Lien law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a Imst fund to be applied

being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a certain 50 foot right of way, said point being
distant the following two courses and distances from the comer formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Eugene's Road and the easterly side of Little Neck Road:
1. South 00 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds west 1717.76 feet;
2. South 89 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds east 320.79 feet;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the southerly line of the said 50 foot
right of way South 89 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds East 220.79 feet to lands of "Map of
Norwold";
THENCE along said lands South 00 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East 452.74 feet to lands now
or fonnerly of Bernard;
THENCE along said lands of Bernhard the following 2 courses and distances:
1. North 89 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West 417.43 feet;

Zachariadis;
