SEE SCHEDULE' A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in Deed dated 6/3/97 and recorded 6/13/97 in Liber 11835 page 513. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the pany of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the pany of the first part in and to said premises, TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premis.es herein granted unto the pany of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the pany of the second part forever. AND the pany of the first part, covenants that the pany of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
