erected, situate, lying and being in the hamlet called Oregon, north of Matti tuck in Southold
Town, Suffolk County, New Vork, described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the south line of North Road (Oregon Road) at the northeast
comer of the premises herein described and lUMing thence southerly along lands now or
formerly of Russell Tyler to a point; thence easterly along the south line of lands of Tyler to a
comer in Tyler's lands; thence southerly along lands ofTyler and along lands orDeerkoski to a
point; thence easterly along the south line of Deerkoski's land to a point; thence southerly still
along lands of Deerkoski to lands of the County of Suffolk; thence westerly along said lands of
