Proceeding 9992 DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION Town of Southold WA Suffolk 87.6 DEE D This deed, made the ~, between ,:)7 day of Avl-Vlr TBDDY PAPPAS and INILY PAPPAS, residing at 545 Breakwater Road, Mattituck, New York 11952, Grantors, and THB PBOPLB 0., THE STATIO., RBW YOU, acting by and through the Commissioner of Environmental Conservation of the State of New York, who has an office at 625 Broadway, Albany, New York 12233-4256, Grantees, WITNESSETH, that" the Grantors, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($148,800), lawful money of the United States, paid by the Grantees, do hereby grant and release to the Grantees, their successors and assigns forever, ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying and being at or near Mattituck Inlet, North of the Village of Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete IIIOnument set on the northerly line of a 30 foot right of way, hereinafter described, at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of DeWulf and the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described; RUNNING along said land now or formerly of DeWulf and passing through a concrete monument, North 21 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West, 280 feet, more or less, to Mattituck Inlet; . THENCE northeasterly along said Mattituck Inlet, 105 feet, more or less; THENCE along other land of the party of the first part and passing through a concrete monument, South 15 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds East, 280 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument set on said northerly line of said right of way; THENCE along said northerly line of said right of way, South 64 degrees 49 ~inutes 00 seconds West, 80.00 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way 80 feet in width along the southerly line of the premises and continuing westerly across the land now or formerly of DeWulf and land now or formerly of Troyan then again across other land of DeWulf and then over land now or formerly of Dawn Estates, Inc. to Luthers Road. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Frederick Cavaliere, as Administrator of the Estate of Joseph Cavaliere, to Teddy Pappas and Emily Pappas by deed dated June 26, 2002, then recorded at Liber 12201 Page 208 of the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantors in and to any strips and gores between the above described parcels and adjoining owners. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the Grantors in and to all streets, lanes, roads and rights of way traversing or adjoining the premises herein above described, and the ponds, marshes, rivers, lakes, creeks, waters, and lands under water located in, upon or adjoining the above described premises, and all littoral, riparian and shore rights in any wise pertaining or belonging thereto. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate, rights and interest of the Grantors in and to the premises.
