NO NUMBER NAUGLES DRIVE, INC., a corporation organized under
the laws of the State of New York, having an address of C/O Sam
Allen, 125 Middle Country Road, Coram, New York 11727, Grantor,
and
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, acting by and through
the Commissioner of Environmental Conservation of the State of
New York, who has an office at 625 Broadway, Albany, New York
12233, Grantees.
WITNESSETH that the Grantor, in consideration of SIX HUNDRED
ELEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($611,OOO.OO), lawful money of
the United States, paid by the Grantees, does hereby grant and
release to the Grantees, their successors and assigns for.ever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND situate,
lying and being in Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, and bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Naugles
Drive where the said northerly side is intersected by the
westerly line of the lands now or formerly of William Troyan;

RUNNING THENCE South 700 09' 10" West along the northerly
side of Naugles Drive, 199.69 feet to the land now or formerly of
J.Q.A. Ward Estate;
RUNNING THENCE North 210 33' 00" West, along the last
mentioned land, 387.98 feet to the ordinary high water mark of
Mattituck Inlet;
RUNNING THENCE along the ordinary high water mark as
measured along the following tie line, North 770 38' 50" East,
202.20 feet to the land now or formerly of William Troyan;
RUNNING THENCE South 210 33' 00" East along the last
mentioned lands 361.60 feet to the northerly side of Naugles
Drive and the point or place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.7 acres.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the Grantor by Stanley
Corwin, Referee, by deed dated March 31, 1981 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 6, 1981 in Book 8983 of
Deeds, page 460.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
Grantor in and to any strips and gores between the above
described parcels and adjoining owners.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the Grantor
in and to all streets, lanes, roads and rights of way traversing
or adjoining the premises herein above described, and the ponds,
marshes, rivers, lakes, creeks, waters, and lands under water
located in, upon or adjoining the above described premises, and
all littoral; riparian and shore rights in any wise pertaining
or belonging thereto.
SUBJECT to the rights of others in and to a 30-foot-wide
right-of-way running from Luther's Road on the west, crossing the
above-described premises to premises adjoining on the east.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate, rights
and interest of the Grantor in and to the premises.
The property described above does not constitute all or
substantially all of the assets of the Grantor.
