beginning;

to land of D. Cooper;
THENCE along said land South 78 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West 139.54 feet to land of G. Moss;
THENCE along said land of Moss and land of Darin, North 06 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 253.63 feet;
THENCE North 80 degrees 06 minutes 55 seconds East 123.79 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

successors and assigns of the pany of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
