On a curve to the right having a radius of 129.73 feet, a distance along said curve of 66.72 feet to a concrete monument; THENCE along land now or formerly of Leogrande two courses as follows: 1. North 27 degrees 10 minutes West 31.14 feet to a concrete monument; 2. South 79 degrees 00 minutes West 74.00 feet to a concrete monument; THENCE along other lands now or formerly of Hennefreund North 16 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West, 127.69 feet to the center line of a 20 foot right of way; THENCE along said center line of a right of way, North 74 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds East 102.32 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest. if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
