and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Coutny of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot 4 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Subdivision Saltaire Estates" and filed
in the Suffolk, County Clerk's Office on August 3, 1966 as Map
Number 4682, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Sound View
Avenue distant 66.49 feet easterly from a monument at the north-
erly end of a curve connecting the southerly side of Sound View
