RUNNING THENCE north 70 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds west 200 feet;
THENCE south 16 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds east 100.00 feet;
THENCE south 73 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds west 200.00 feet to the easterly side
of 5altaire Way;
THENCE north 16 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds west along the easterly side of
Saltaire Way 100.00 feet to the point or place of 8EGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises previously conveyed to the party
of the first part by Deed dated April 20, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County May 11, 2001 in Liber D00012118, Page 162.

premises herein granted unto the party o( the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything'
