the northerly line of Naugles Drive, as described in the Southold Town Records
as running North 71 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds East 407.32 feet and which
point of beginning is distant 407.32 fee't westerly from the lands heretofore
conveyed by Stanley Naugles to John W. Chambers measured along the said northerly
line of Naugles Drive on a cours'e running North 71 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds
East;
RUNNING THENCE along said northerly line of Naugles Drive on a curve to
the right having a radius of 100 feet, a distance of said curve of 73.95 feet to a
concrete monument;
THENCE along said northerly line of said Naugles Drive North 65 degrees
55 minutes 40 seconds West 85.74 feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE along said line on a curve to the left having a radius of '
349.5 feet a distance on said curVe of 19.43 feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE along other land of Stanley Naugles North 53 degrees 48 minutes
20 seconds East 204.88 feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE along other land of Stanley Naugles South 18 degrees_4n, minutes
10 secondsEast 159.20 feet to a concrete monument set on said northerly line
of Naugles Drive;
THENCE along said northerly line of Naugles Drive, South 71 degrees 19
minutes 50 seconds West 50 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the samepremises conveyed in Deed dated 10/21/57,
recorded 11/4/70 in Liber 6834 page 68 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office,
wherein the said Ofelia Kimbell died a resident of Suffolk County on 5/29/01
and that no Administration or Probate Proceeding having been done. That
Ofelia Kimbell died leaving the grantors herein, Chance Kimbell, her son, and
Luck Miller, her daughter.
